Refund Policy

When we approve refunds

Refunds are never a problem if we have either sent the wrong coupon or discount, made a billing error, or the coupon/discount we sent does not work as advertised. We want happy customers and are definitely not the type of company that would try to take advantage of any of our awesome people! If something has gone wrong with your order, or your coupon, please contact us so we can get it fixed!

When we deny refunds

Unfortunately we don't approve every request for a refund. This happens if we feel like a customer is trying to "game" the system or take advantage of our service. If you purchase our service and use the coupon or discount, don't assume you'll be able to claim that it didn't work and then get a refund. Any time someone claims a coupon or discount doesn't work, we do a manual verification process to see if it's been used. We may also ask for proof of claim. If we find (or suspect) that a customer is using our provided coupons/discounts and then making false claims about them, we will deny the refund request and disallow further purchases from that customer. 

 

Listen, you'll save a lot more money over the course of time using our service properly than you would trying to score our services for free for a single coupon.

It would be really dumb to burn the bridge to the most simple and reliable coupon service there is!

Refund Timeframe

Requests for refunds are approved as soon as we do our verification and validate the reported problem. This is usually a fairly quick process and can happen within 1 business day. Once your refund has been approved, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. Once we've issued the refund, it will be completely dependent on your bank when that refund is credited.
